Promotion Terms and Conditions for the i-sofa.pl online store, valid from 17 June to 22 June 2026
I. Terms and promotion period:

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the promotion conducted in the i-sofa.pl online store from 17 June until 22 June 2026 at 08:00.

The promotion is available to all customers of the i-sofa.pl store.

The promotion applies to the DUE, SISTO, MANTUA and SAMOA collections available from the i-sofa.pl store.

As part of the promotion:
Customers will receive a PLN 400 discount on selected products in their basket when placing an order. -
Products purchased as part of the promotion may be returned in accordance with the rules set out in the i-sofa.pl Store Terms and Conditions, available at: https://i-sofa.pl/pages/regulamin

The Organiser reserves the right to end the promotion early if the promotional products sell out.
II. Complaints:
- Complaints relating to the promotion may be submitted to the Organiser by email at: sklep@i-sofa.pl.
- To help ensure efficient handling, a complaint should include:
- The complainant’s full name,
- Address,
- Description of the complaint,
- Reason for submitting the complaint,
- The complainant’s requested resolution.
- The Organiser shall respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
- The response may be sent by registered post or by email if the complainant has provided an email address.
- Use of the complaints procedure is voluntary and does not exclude the customer’s right to pursue claims through the courts.
III. Final provisions:
- The promotion is organised by Trade-We Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (85-373), registered with the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000869907, REGON 387526297 and NIP 9671440989.

- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
