We attach great importance to the privacy of the Users of the i-Sofa.pl e-shop. Contact with our Customers is our priority. The i-Sofa.pl online shop provides its Customers with maximum security. Personal data
The administrator of personal data provided by the User is Trade-We SP. Z OO. The company processes personal data in a manner consistent with applicable legal regulations on the principles set out in the Privacy Policy, in particular regarding appropriate data protection.
The Company processes the User’s personal data to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of services provided electronically.
The data provided by the User are processed for purposes related to the use of services provided in the online store and, with his consent, may be processed by Trade-We SP. Z OO for statistical and marketing purposes.
Storage and protection of information
Users' personal data are stored in a database in which technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and computer systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024) and the guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. Only Administrators with special authorizations granted by the OSI (data administrator) have access to the database.
The entrusted personal data are stored in accordance with the principles and safeguards consistent with the requirements specified in the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Poland, such as:
- Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended)
- Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended)
- Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on personal data processing documentation and technical and organisational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024)
- The right to verify, modify and delete personal data.
Limitations
The user has the right to view their data at any time and has the option to update and delete it. To prevent re-registration of people whose participation in the store has been terminated due to unauthorized use of our services.
Trade-We SP. Z OO may also provide access to collected personal data at the request or with the consent of the User or at the request of state authorities authorized under the law.
E-mail sent to the i-sofa.pl store is archived and may in some cases be used for evidentiary purposes.

2. For what purpose do we use Cookies?
